All employees who are confirmed and who are on probation are eligible for 8 days of Sick Leave per annum. This leave will be credited in advance on 01st April (4 days) and 01st October every year (4 days). Employees joining after 01st April will be eligible for Sick Leave on pro-rata basis @ 0.67 days leave per month. Sick Leave for more than 2 days will have to be supported by a medical certificate provided by a registered medical practitioner. Dells Ethics and Code of Conduct require supporting documents to be provided in case of an investigation.
